Yes, all of our bread is long-fermented sourdough!
We include sourdough culture in many of our pastries as well, like our Cinnamon Rolls and Croissant products.

Unfortunately, we do not make anything gluten-free, as our kitchen is susceptible to cross-contamination from the flour that is present. However, we make a ‘gluten-friendly’ Tahini Fruit + Nut Bar that is made from gluten-free ingredients.
While our focus is not specifically on gluten-free products, we hope to develop more ‘gluten-friendly’ products that are delicious and nourishing. Our focus is on being inclusive to our community of customers.

We love dogs, but they are not allowed inside our building due to how the bakery is laid out. Dogs are welcome outside the bakery. This is mandated by California State Law. You can read more about this here.

Yes! You can purchase e-gift cards here or come in to the bakeshop during our open hours to purchase a physical gift card.
